FFC Advisory Group — Live Your Legacy

Live Your Legacy

We bring your whole
financial world
together.

If you own land, a business, real estate, or all three — you should not have to juggle opinions. You need one clear plan you can share with your CPA, attorney, insurance agent, and financial advisor. And if you need tax and accounting support too, we have that covered.

We bring calm, order, and clarity to complex ownership.

We map what you own and what it produces

We write the next five moves with owners and dates

You did the hard part. You built something real.

Land. Business. Equipment. Property. A family life.

Then ownership got crowded. More accounts. More entities. More insurance. More documents. More advisors working in separate lanes.

Most owners have good people. Few owners have one plan.

Most owners have good people. Few owners have one plan. That gap is what we close.

When there is no plan, things drift

01

Taxes become something you accept

Without a coordinated strategy, tax drag accumulates year over year — silently taking what belongs in your plan.

02

Risk stays hidden until it is expensive

Liability gaps. Entity misalignment. Coverage holes that no single advisor had reason to flag.

03

Opportunity stays trapped inside what you own

The land, the business, the equity — all capable of producing more. But only with a clear plan and the right sequencing.

family office posture.

We do not replace your trusted professionals. We bring them together around one clear plan. Strategy. Sequencing. Coordination. Follow through.

01

Map ItThe Ownership Map

We put everything on one board so the story is finally clear.

  • What you own
  • Who owns it on paper
  • Where the debt sits
  • What produces income today
  • What could produce income next
Output → Opportunity Map
02

Plan ItThe Protection Map

Then we identify what could take it away.

  • Liability gaps vs. balance sheet
  • Titling and entity misalignment
  • Tax drag and missed timing
  • Continuity risk for family and land
Output → Protection Map
03

Build ItThe Five Moves

A plan is only valuable when it gets executed. Sequence matters. Every move has an owner and a date.

  • Five moves or less
  • Every move has an owner
  • Every move has a date
  • Clear handoffs to specialists
Output → Action Plan

Sophisticated strategies, only when the facts trigger them.

We do not sell solutions. We document what is triggered by facts, then coordinate the right next step.

If it is not true, it is not recommended.
Cost segregation when a property qualifies
Business valuation when a decision requires it
Farm and land focused deduction workflows when documented
Augusta Rule documentation and execution when appropriate
Entity formation and cleanup when ownership and risk do not match
Insurance and umbrella alignment when gaps are present
Estate attorney coordination when continuity risk is real

Land & Legacy

Land use clarity, income lanes, and continuity. A practical guide to turning rural property into a business and a legacy.

Built on relationship. Based on experience.

Leadership can feel lonely. It does not have to be.

FFC was built to serve owners who were tired of complexity and expensive solutions that did not translate into clear action. The firm has roots going back to the original company founded in 1981 and later structured as Financial Freedom Controls in 1991 — built from the ground up on tax and accounting work for business owners and families with real assets.

Over time, the firm evolved. Tax and accounting remain part of what we do — for clients who need it and want it under one roof. But the core of what FFC offers today is advisory. We coordinate the strategy. We sequence the decisions. We bring the right professionals together around one clear plan.

We believe legacy is more than money. It is values, contribution, and a foundation that serves the next generation.

Common Questions

Clear answers for serious owners.

No. We coordinate the strategy and keep the plan unified. Specialists implement. That said, tax and accounting are part of our DNA — the firm was founded on that work in 1981. For clients who do not already have a CPA or tax professional, we can fill that role. For clients who do, we coordinate with their existing team and do not duplicate. Either way, you get one plan, not competing opinions.
That is why we start with the map. We align on facts first. Once the facts are on the table, disagreement typically becomes sequencing — not conflict. We keep everyone moving toward the same plan.
No. This is for owners. People who carry responsibility — for land, a business, a family, or all three. Net worth is not the qualifier. Ownership is.
Most recent tax return. Insurance declarations pages. Entity list. A basic asset and debt list. That is all we need to begin preparing the map before the Scout Session.
